Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak, opening October 2023 at Penn 1 in midtown Manhattan, is a new concept from the Blue Ribbon Team combining traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern day steakhouse. Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak is located at the bustling Penn 1 Building, across 33rd Street from Madison Square Garden and atop Penn Station.  The restaurant is accessible from 33rd street and from the lobby of Penn 1, and accommodates 140 guests at various seating areas - a sushi counter, a cocktail bar, the central dining room, and an outdoor patio.
